SIEBACH ENTERPRISES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CHANGE THIS TERMS OF SERVICE AT ANY TIME WITH OR WITHOUT NOTICE TO YOU.

This Terms of Service, including all supplemental terms as amended from time to time, governs your use of the service or web site known as the re-Ratify Project (the "Services"), including the content, material, or documentation, operated by Siebach Enterprises LLC and its affiliates (collectively, "Siebach Enterprises"). The re-Ratify Project Privacy Policy is part of this document. You can also find the Terms of Service at the "Legal" link at the bottom of the re-Ratify Project website from which you may also print a copy for your records.
1. re-Ratify Project Account
A re-Ratify Project Account ("Account") is required to access and use re-Ratify Project Services.
To create a re-Ratify Project Account, you must have a valid E-mail address and provide accurate, truthful information. Accounts are available only to adults, or at their discretion, their minor child. If you are a minor, your parent or guardian must complete the registration process, in which case he or she takes full responsibility for all obligations under this Terms of Service. Accounts are not allowed for minors under the age of thirteen (13) years, regardless of permission and/or registration by such minor's parent or guardian. You must be eligible to use the re-Ratify Project Service for which you are registering. The re-Ratify Project Service requires the creation of a "Username", which is tied to your Account. You may not use a "Username" that is vulgar or offensive, is used by someone else, or otherwise violates the Terms of Service.
You are solely responsible for all activity on your Account. Your Account may be terminated if someone else uses it to engage in activity that violates the Terms of Service or is otherwise improper or illegal. You should not reveal your Account password to others. Siebach Enterprises will not ask you to reveal your password nor initiate any contact with you asking for your password.
2. Grant of a Limited License to Use the Service
Subject to your agreement to and continuing compliance with this Terms of Service, you may use the Service solely for your own non-commercial, educational purposes by accessing it with your web browser through your Account. You may not use the Service for any other purpose.
3. Limitations
The license granted in Section 2 is subject to the limitations mentioned previously and the limitations herein. Any infringment or violation of the Limitations will be treated as copyright infringement of the Service and met with civil and criminal litigation.
By using the Service you agree to:
A) only access packages which you have purchased the limited license to view via a web browser after logging into your Account;
B) prevent access to the Service with your Account by anyone other than an immediate family member (i.e. spouse or child);
C) not use any software that collects, intercepts, or otherwise mines information from the Service;
D) not attmept to modify any files that are part of the Service;
E) not disrupt, attempt to disrupt, or assist in the disruption of any computer used to support, host, or backup the Service.
4. Fee-Based Services
Some re-Ratify Project Services require payment of a fee. You must have an Account and pay the fees to use these Services. Fees are non-refundable in any way or for any reason.
You are responsible for any fees required to access the Internet, supply energy to the device running your browser, and so forth.
5. Code of Conduct
Some of the Services allow users to make a comment or response. You are responsible for knowing, understanding, and following the following rules with regard to your responses. At no time shall you post a response that:
A) deals with sex, drugs, or criminal activity;
B) demeans another person, religion, or race;
C) suggests any immoral idea or activity;
D) is obscene, vulgar, rude, or otherwise objectionable;
E) contains advertisements or commercial offers;
F) harrases, embarasses, stalks, threatens, or otherwise discomforts another person;
G) attempts to represent Siebach Enterprises or its affiliates;
H) contains personal information;
The above rules are not exhaustive nor should be construed to be. Siebach Enterprises reserves the right to change the Code of Conduct at any time with no notice to you. Siebach Enterprises also reserves the right at its discretion to determine if the above rules have been violated and to choose what action is to be taken.
6. Ownership
All rights and title in and to the Service, (including without limitation any artwork, picture, content, computer code, user Accounts, games, concepts, phrases, response transcripts, and sounds,) are owned by Siebach Enterprises or its licensors.
All Accounts are owned by Siebach Enterprises. By using your Account you acknowledge and agree that you have no ownership, content, or property interest in any account stored or hosted on a Siebach Enterprises site. Additionally, all rights in and to such accounts are and shall be forever owned by Siebach Enterprises. As such, you cannot sell, trade, gift, or otherwise transfer control of any Account to another person.
7. Account/IP Banning/Suspension
Siebach Enterprises may modify, suspend, ban, terminate, or delete any Account at any time for any reason or for no reason, with or without notice to you. Additionally, Siebach Enterprises reserves the right to ban any IP address from access to the Services for any or no reason.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Siebach Enterprises does not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, that errors will be corrected, or that the Service is free of components damaging to electronic systems (i.e. viruses, etc.) Siebach Enterprises disclaims all warranties, implied or express, and in no way shall be responsible for any damages, liability, or otherwise. You agree to hold Siebach Enterprises, its owners, employees, and so forth free of liability by using the Service, nor shall they be liable for any failure to perform in any way.
9. Termination of Agreement
You agree to be bound by these Terms of Service until you terminate this Agreement by choosing to cease all use of the Service and access to Content owned by Siebach Enterprises. All sections of this Terms of Service will survive the termination of the Agreement by either party.
10. Legal Disclosures
Siebach Enterprises may disclose your IP address(es), responses, personal information, and so forth at the request of law enforcement, subpeona, or other legal process, or if Siebach Enterprises believes that in so doing it may protect the safety of others or yourself, with or without notice to you.
Siebach Enterprises does not control the actions of others. As such, you assume all risks associated with the Service, content, and responses of others. Siebach Enterprises will do its best to maintain the Code of Conduct among responses, but will be in no way responsible for any failure to do so.
11. Severability
If any part of these Terms of Service shall be unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable, then that part shall be deemed severable from these Terms of Service and shall not affect the enforceability and validity of the remainder of the Terms of Service.
12. Disputes
Siebach Enterprises will do its best to provide prompt, proper service with its customers. In the event of a dispute, Siebach Enterprises shall attempt to informally resolve the situation with any customer in question. If informal negotiations fail to resolve the matter, you agree to binding arbitration with Siebach Enterprises, the Arbiter being the choice of Siebach Enterprises.
13. Classroom Use
The Service is intended for classroom use as well as use in the home. The Limited License allows one (1) teacher to use the Service for his or her classroom. Multiple teachers, professors, instructors, etc. in an organization will require a Limited License purchase for each of them.
14. Submissions
By submitting an idea, piece of artwork, picture, movie, poem, etc. to Siebach Enterprises you agree that you transfer all ownership of said item to Siebach Enterprises and grant Siebach Enterprises the ability to reproduce, display, modify, or otherwise use said item royalty-free.
15. Fun
Learning the Constitution is supposed to be FUN! We hope that you enjoy the re-Ratify Project! (But if you don't you can't hold us responsible. :P )
